They would need the skill set to monitor the day-to-day performance of servers, maintain optimally controlled environment for servers and to troubleshoot network and server problems.

Our NOC team provides critical support and maintenance of our cloud, colocation, and telecom customers. As the first line support for enterprise level customers, our NOC Engineers troubleshoot a variety of advanced issues and assess and escalate tickets to vendors and inside engineering staff.

Our Account Executives are frequently the first point of contact for new customers. We look for experienced sales professionals with a solid understanding of our industry, a proven ability to prospect and generate leads, and a passion for helping prospective customers through every step of their buying experience.

We are seeking an individual with the organizational skills to keep tasks on track, and the ability to listen to a variety of issues and solve problems using critical thinking as well as assist clients the M3COM way.

Our Front Desk Receptionist / Admin is a professional who is the first point of contact for all M3COM customers and partners. And who can provide office support to the team for the smooth running of our company. We are looking for someone who is personable and outgoing and who has the ability to think on their feet and to be an asset to the team.
