Jonathan Rubin

Jonathan Rubin is SR. Vice President of Operations, bringing more than 25 years of experience in global network architecture and operations leadership. His proven success in guiding large teams and complex international projects makes him an invaluable member of M3COM’s leadership team.

Mr. Rubin’s career spans product management, technical sales, and global business development, with a consistent focus on operational efficiency and delivering seamless telecom services worldwide. He has held senior roles with Sprint and PCCW Global where he was recognized for his ability to streamline operations, integrate cloud solutions, and ensure secure, reliable connectivity across enterprise and government clients.

He holds a Master’s degree in MIS Technology from George Washington University, along with a CIO Certificate in Federal Executive Competencies. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Information Science with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Rubin is also a co-inventor on two U.S. patents related to network management and customer data integration.
