Caddying on the PGA TOUR for six years taught Mr. Baucom to read each situation and anticipate the need before being asked. He carried that same instinct into nearly 10 years in medical device sales, supporting surgical procedures, coordinating equipment distribution, and managing relationships with hospitals and surgery centers across the Carolinas — work where a missed detail had real consequences for the surgeon and patient relying on it.
He brings that same uncompromising attention to detail to every M3COM customer, listening closely to uncover the Infrastructure, Cloud and AI challenges behind the request and translating them into thoughtful, reliable solutions.
A native of East Rockingham, North Carolina, and a former UNC Tar Heel football player, Mr. Baucom brings a competitive drive and a genuine curiosity about people to every client relationship.
